Volunteering at Siloam

The support of hundreds of volunteers and financial supporters is what makes affordable health care a reality for Siloam’s patients.  It would not be possible for this clinic to remain open without people like you, who want to make a difference in the lives of others.

Siloam’s volunteer program consists of more than 500 people serving in a variety of clinical and non-clinical opportunities.  Our volunteers represent more than 65 area churches, all of the major hospitals, and numerous nationalities.

The Bible teaches that, “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms” (I Peter 4:10).  Recognizing the unique, God-given talents each one of us can offer is important and there are a variety of ways to use your gifts in service at Siloam.

“A cheerful look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones.”

Proverbs 15:30

“I am so impressed with Siloam and the wonderful people associated with it.  It has been a blessing for me to be a part of the Siloam team this past year, and I have benefited far more from my time spent there than anything I’ve done for any of the patients or staff!  I’m amazed at how God is softening my heart toward people from other cultures and walks of life that I once would have felt very different towards.”
